By using our website finfinder.ch you agree to these general terms and conditions. The content published by us on our website and the structure of our website are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. The complete or partial reproduction, electronic or other transmission, modification or use for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of FinFinder.ch AG (hereinafter the platform).

Conditions of Participation and Fees for Customers

The platform offers customers in Switzerland the opportunity to make free inquiries about financial advice, receive independent recommendations about financial advisors, and contact a financial advisor directly. This does not create any obligation for the customer to receive financial advice.

Only serious and truthful inquiries may be submitted. The platform is entitled to contact the customer for further inquiries via email, telephone or SMS or to delete inquiries without giving reasons.

Admission requirements for financial advisors

The platform is available to all qualified financial advisors. When registering, the relevant diplomas and certificates are requested and checked (e.g. financial planner with a federal professional certificate, certified financial advisor IAF, SAQ-certified individual customer advisor). All qualified financial advisors can register, regardless of whether they are self-employed or employed by a bank or insurance company (later provider). If an order is placed with a financial advisor, the contract is created directly between the customer and the provider.

It is the provider’s responsibility to protect his login data and to protect it against misuse by third parties.

The platform is entitled to display the profile of financial advisors publicly and online (e.g. on LinkedIn).

Independent Platform

The platform is financed solely through the usage fee from the financial advisors. The same conditions apply to all participating financial advisors. There are no additional individual agreements with financial advisors. The usage fee is not linked to a commission or any other form of profit sharing. The platform earns the same amount, regardless of who the customer chooses.

The platform has no influence on whether and for whom the customer chooses. The platform presents the active advisor profiles in an order sorted by our algorithm. This algorithm does not evaluate the content of the individual application, but tries on the one hand to achieve equal opportunities among the participating financial advisors and on the other hand to take customer preferences into account as best as possible.

Customer reviews

Customers have the opportunity to rate a financial advisor on the platform after working with them. The rating must be honest and not personally offensive. The platform is entitled to delete irrelevant or offensive ratings. Financial advisors have the opportunity to request the deletion of a negative rating if it is offensive, irrelevant or demonstrably untrue. The final decision on this rests with the platform.

Review of participating financial advisors

The platform endeavors to only allow verified and qualified financial advisors on the platform. To this end, the platform is obliged to verify the information provided by the financial advisors as best as possible and to check the stated diplomas by means of a scanned copy of the diplomas.

Marketing and Copyright

The platform has the right to use the content provided by financial advisors for the purpose of marketing the platform on its own website and its other channels (such as LinkedIn). The data provided by customers may also be used in anonymous form for its own marketing purposes.

Data protection and discretion

Data protection is our highest priority. Our servers are located in Switzerland and the data is highly encrypted. The platform has access to all user data entered on the website. The platform never shares your contact details (last name, email address, mobile number) with third parties. Only the customer decides with whom he or she wants to share the contact details. We do not guarantee that the information on the website is correct, complete or up-to-date. The content of the website can be changed at any time and without notice. FinFinder.ch AG is not liable under any circumstances (including negligence) for losses or damages (both direct and indirect consequential damages) of any kind arising from or in connection with access, use or querying of the website or with the linking of our website to third-party websites. The platform assumes no liability for the financial advice received and any damages resulting from it. The providers on the platform undertake to disclose compensation from third parties to their customers (according to Art. 26 FIDLEG).

Service packages for participating providers and financial advisors

The exact scope of services and current prices can be seen in the consultant dashboard under the heading 'Price Plans'. The platform is entitled to change the conditions of the price plans at any time and to publish them on the website.

Purchasing one of these packages allows you to use the platform for the specified period.

The platform does not guarantee that there will be customer inquiries. The platform does not guarantee new mandates or new customers, but rather increases its own visibility among private individuals seeking advice.

The provider can terminate the contract at any time (without notice) at the end of the paid period. There is no fixed term. Providers can request deletion of their profile at any time.

The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform and therefore assumes no liability in the event of interruptions in operation.

banking secrecy

The customer actively and voluntarily decides to contact a provider directly or via the platform's contact form. If the customer decides on one of the suggested providers or gives a rating about a provider on the platform, the selected bank is released from its banking confidentiality obligation towards the platform. The platform undertakes not to make any identifying user data publicly available.

change of the General Terms and Conditions

FinFinder.ch reserves the right to amend the terms of use and the privacy policy at any time. If these provisions are amended, the platform will inform the participating providers on its own initiative. The current version published on the Internet applies between the users, the providers and FinFinder.ch.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the use of this platform is Zurich, Switzerland.
