About Rick
About me:\nAs a Financial Consultant & Relationship Manager at Swiss Life Wealth Managers, I have been supporting our customers in all matters relating to private finances and asset management since the beginning of 2024. Before that, I worked as an independent financial advisor at Swiss Life Select. In this role, I advised customers on all aspects of pension provision, insurance and wealth creation. I started my career in the Kradolf-Schönenberg municipal administration, where I successfully completed my training as a businessman. I am a trained financial planner with a federal professional certificate. I also have the internationally recognized accreditation of a Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”).\n\nWhat is important to you when working with customers?\n\nCommunication is the key to successful cooperation based on long-termism and transparency. It should be clear, understandable and, above all, honest. My aim is to offer customers security and clarity with holistic and individual advice and to allay any worries they may have. In order to achieve this, it is essential that my customers trust me and are honest.\n\nWhat do customers value about your work?\n\nI often hear from my customers that they really appreciate my empathy and my understandable way of expressing myself. I deliberately choose clear and easy-to-understand language without a lot of technical terms so that the person I am talking to - regardless of their financial expertise, which varies greatly across the customer base - can understand my solutions and suggestions.\n\nWhy did you decide to expand your expertise in the area of asset management/financial advice?\n\nI like numbers and I like people - in my work as a financial consultant & relationship manager I can combine these two passions wonderfully. I really enjoy tackling complex issues and presenting them in an understandable way.\n
