Earlier we had signed up with a different mortgage provider due to some reasons beyond our control, but we later switched to Claudio as it was clear that the communication with Claudio was highly transparent, clear and friendly. It was also clear that the rates we would get through Claudio would be better by approx 0.10% as compared to closest competitors.

In the end, we are super happy that we made the switch to Claudio and HYPOHAUS. We got one of the best rates we could imagine (lowest in 2025), and Claudio's experience and advice helped us lock it in at the perfect opportunity.
